WARRANTY AND SHIPPING  

WARRANTY:

What is and is not covered:
All parts defective in material and workmanship ARE covered.
Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, insects, improper maintenance, impact, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are NOT covered.

For how long:
The Tine Guide Limited Warranty lasts one year from the purchase date for electronic products, systems, and laser module. 
The Limited Warranty on the metal housing is five years.

What we will do:
We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time - free of charge.

What we will NOT do:
Pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.

Exclusive Remedy:
This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase from an authorized Tine Guide dealer. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF Tine Guide or US Lasers SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL US Lasers BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

What you must do to obtain Limited Warranty service by requesting an RMA for repair. 
Return product with receipt from the  authorized Tine Guide Dealer you purchased from.

SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments of Tine-Guide Lasers with a quantity of 10 units or less are shipped by way of  USPS Priority Service. You will be billed our cost of shipping plus a small additional fee we pay to insure our packages. We have found this method of shipping to be the most cost effective and reliable in the area for our products. We are happy to accommodate you by shipping via your preferred method if you provide us with a prepaid shipping label and you will need to call for a pickup at our location to be billed to your account. (Pickup charges with UPS are usually about ten dollars, billed separately by UPS.  Fed ex ground is currently charging five dollars per package, billed separately by Fed ex). If you are shipping your preferred, method make sure if you want insurance on the shipment to add it when filling out the label. Our shipping insurance only applies to shipments through the USPS.  Most of our shipments are via a trucking line so we don't have a daily pickup at our location for any of the standard shipping companies. 

Any quantity over 10 units will be shipped via a Truck service. The truck lines vary according to the cost and it will be billed on your invoice at our cost. We are happy to use your freight lines if it is billed to your account. Estes Trucking Company is no longer allowed on our property so please take this into consideration when making arrangements for your shipment.     

US Lasers priority is to ship our products as safely, quickly and cost effectively as we can.
